To talk about this side project of Isa is to start in another stage of musicalization; since now he presents us with an overflowing and easier to digest theme, speaking respectively of the fact that it has always been classified as a 100% instrumental project and of a cold Depressive Post-rock mixed between the acoustic and the horrible sound that is generated when playing the notes wrong of each chord...
here the concept is totally inspiring and fresh, almost falling into an incessant, sharp pop that detonates a sweetness between the chaotic notes as wounding loops to the DSBM to the vocal idealism that makes you sigh and devour the simplicity of some captivating words and they cause havoc loaded with oxytocins and a happiness that increases the instrumentation since now the composition meets now takes on a different air Cold abrupt and a warm feat between lyrics and chords that try to empathize the melody in feelings and emotions in unison...
the chord is suffocating and he has always found that technique of touching the strings on purpose and generating that open string effect that is very common in Post Rock, being a track where the setting is deceitful, the acoustic guitar becomes a fundamental base of the characteristic points of the genre, the melody is sinister always charged with a negative, depressing, empty and loneliness energy, but in a few moments it takes on the soft and severe of Dreampop as it is slow and although it is not sublime it does transmit the sentimentality of the acoustic notes when listening, a negligent sound and that may lack many electronic resources but the nostalgic composure catches and always influences your mind to appropriate vague memories and experiences, be they ups and downs or memories of some stage of emotional suppression or the daily stress of bad or good days...
talk about the voice, it's uff!!! wow!!! It is faint and whispering as many Dreampop and Shoegaze artists handle it, I don't know if the Artist had thought to generate and cause that sensation in the listener, the voice goes through the textures of although being simple sounds like he believes in his words, it's like if he were present in a female being and demonstrate that warmth from the bottom of his being through the musical communication of his lyrics, voice and instrumental harmonies...
As the second part of the melody enters, he uses an expressive way that fits and envelops you and the song together, a kind of hook that captivates you and you accept his words that, as I have said before, are simple, but they emphasize demonstrate that harmony, happiness and that incendiary love for anyone you want to give your own meaning and form, we all tell a different story and sometimes or always, the melodies become part of us for an important event like here the reflection of gratitude to that love that covers all your expectations when that loneliness is covered by your other part that is already part of your heart...
